Not much. Sleazy hotel. Nothing like the pictures. Plus under construction. Lots of cigarette smoke. I believe I deserve a partial refund.

The room was big and clean. There was lots of light. The beds were clean and comfortable. while there was no ensuite the bathrooms were clean. The staff allowed us to leave luggage while we were out and about which was great!

Perfect location! The room was clean and nice though a little bit loud, but its so central in the heart of SF! Also the shared bathroom was ok and clean! Would recommend!

You cannot beat the location of the hotel - the rest is just OK - it is not a 5 star hotel, but except for minor problems with water our stay was really good

I like priceline.com because they don't play stupid games and Block me from booking rooms at a hotel. Europa hotel is great but anybody reading this should know to stop using booking.com and use priceline.com

I booked a private room with private bathroom. Considering the extremely low price and FANTASTIC location on the cusp of North Beach and Chinatown, my room was OFF THE CHARTS! Well yes, it's a small room, and has just the basics at this price point (good thing I always travel with a mug)... but everything was reasonably clean and comfy, plus a microwave and fridge that worked well. The Europa is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The staff was kind and helpful. (Oh, I dropped my phone, and THANK YOU to the nice couple who found it and turned it into the gentleman at the front desk. I enjoyed your photo!)
